Hello! I’m Krysti, and I’ve been proudly working in the pet grooming industry since 2005. Over the years, I’ve dedicated my career to creating a grooming environment that’s not only professional and precise, but also calm, positive, and filled with love.

I specialize in what I lovingly call “the littles” — pups 30 pounds and under. Each pet is unique, and I believe their grooming should reflect that individuality. My goal is to make every session a comfortable, confidence-building experience where your dog feels safe, understood, and cared for.

I’m a Certified Canine Esthetician, Fear Free Professional, and Pet CPR Certified, which allows me to provide compassionate, stress-conscious care tailored to each dog’s physical and emotional well-being. My approach blends gentle handling with expert technique so that every dog not only looks amazing, but truly feels their best when they leave my table.

Education is a huge part of who I am as a groomer. I regularly attend seminars and hands-on training with some of the industry’s top educators and stylists. Staying up to date on the latest styles, techniques, and wellness practices is important to me because I believe learning never stops when it comes to giving pets the very best care.

In addition to my work at The Furologist, I’m also the proud owner of Petite Pooch, a grooming service created specifically for small-breed dogs. Petite Pooch lets me focus on what I love most: providing gentle, detail-oriented grooming for little pups in a calm and cozy environment.

While I enjoy grooming all breeds, I have a special soft spot for Bichon Frises, Poodles, and Schnauzers. Their expressive personalities and beautiful coats make them such fun canvases to style. One of my favorite techniques is Asian Fusion grooming — a cute, creative, and highly detailed approach that really brings out each dog’s unique charm.

At the heart of my work is patience, trust, and attention to detail. I take the time to understand each dog’s personality, comfort level, and grooming history so that every appointment feels more like a spa day than a chore. My hope is that every pup leaves feeling confident, happy, and loved — and that you feel just as cared for as they do.
